The Olycom IM-FP166GW is an industrial Ethernet switching platform designed for environments where network continuity and environmental tolerance are equally critical. Built around a ring-managed L2+ architecture, it delivers stable communication performance for industrial systems operating under harsh physical and electrical conditions.
 
By combining fiber and copper interfaces within a compact industrial form factor, the switch supports both long-distance backbone transmission and local device access. A multi-rate SFP fiber interface enables high-speed optical links across extended distances, while multiple Gigabit Ethernet ports provide direct connectivity for industrial terminals, controllers, and edge devices.
 
To ensure long-term reliability, the device is engineered for extreme temperature operation and enhanced electrical protection.
